MAIN CHARACTERISTICS :

The unloader-stacker “Marpul” dm-700 is a designed device when coming out to unload and to pile up printed circuits of the lines of process, without falls, blows or gallings in the faces or tracks.

The great lifting capacity (650 MM. of height of plates) and its facility of manipulation through the joint interchangeable car-palet, is its main characteristic. The transport of the plates is obtained by means of one notice-variator with adjustable speed to adjust to the speed of the line. The fall of the circuits is regulated by a photocell barrier with regulation by timer.

The flight of exit of the plates is graduated by means of a sliding roller. It has an acoustic warning device that it acts when the load of palet is reaching its maximum capacity.
