FAST SHIPPER OF CIRCUITS MOD: CRM-700

The shipper "Marpul" crm-700 is designed for the feeding of line of process, in which a great speed is required.

Its concept of load is made by means of a line of positioning cupping glasses that act in one of the margins of the circuit.

The support carry-windy is driven by an electropneumatic system with tilting, that makes the rise of the circuit and its introduction between the drag rollers. This system reduces the died times considerably, when doing without yhe classic manipulators of arms, sliding connecting rods or skids.

In one of the superior rollers of drag, is built-in an adjustable automatic sensor of measurement of the thickness of the circuits, that stops the machine if the group of cupping glasses introduces more than a plate.

It has an acoustic warning device that it acts when the machine has loaded all the circuits.
